Benefit : Sankat Mochan National Family Support Scheme 2024

A family with a poverty line score of 0 to 20 is eligible for the benefit if the main earner (male or female) dies due to natural or accidental causes. Deceased male or female should be above 18 years and below 60 years. Application must be made within 2 years of death.

On the death of the main earner, the family gets a one-time Rs. 20,000/- through DBT (Direct Account Deposit).
